  1. Nice and slow, this photo takes its time. Where do those lines lead? It’s not worried about that. What are they for? It doesn’t care. All the photo cares about is that addictive, slow rhythm of empty spaces.

  2. This tight spiral, created by its many smaller squares, has little interest in the first photograph. I’ve always had a great interest in these types of strucktures. I mean, come on…who doesn’t love taking a ride through one of those horizontal loopy loops. This fast rhythm shows that childlike thrill of turning left and going up.

  3. The desert doesn’t care how you feel. It doesn’t care about the rhythm of out world. It knows what’s up. The chaos created but the scattered treees and bushes create an irregular rhythm.

Nice photos! I love the first one, unsure if the lines create almost a medium rhytm, but the object off the centre definitely stands out, giving this a nice slow pace. I love all the lines and the shapes in the second photo! It definitely creates fast and irregular rhytm and I think this one works really well in black and white. The final image to me has almost a slow rhytm due to the tonal affinity - I'm curious how it would play out if not black and white, but it is a striking image, nevertheless.
