Saturation in the Fall is all over. This was right before it came crumbling down to winter. There’s something so fun and exciting about the saturation of the Fall. The kids seem tiny compared to the mountains, but so do their cares.
I followed this kid on his escape to the falls. He seemed to be in his natural habitat—even the colors he wore blended with the rock. Dress pants or not, this kid was going for it.
Curly hair is so dynamic in silhouette. As the night wound down, the sky comes to a close with a desaturated blue. I love centering subjects. I’m not sure why. There is something honest and quiet about the dynamics of the image.

The first photo feels dynamic and has an interesting composition, especially with the way the tree line leads into the subjects. I feel like the colors could be more saturated, especially during fall, but the dark greens in the background and some yellow leaves still pop out. The second photo would work great as a tracking shot in a film, but I'm not sure which aspect of color it's meant to represent. Based on the description of the other two, it seems like it's meant to be monochromatic, but his blue shirt and some yellow grass clash with the green. The composition is great though. You say the third photo is desaturated, but it could also be a great monochromatic…
